Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Domestic (within USA) Destinations.
All shipments are sent via UPS (United Parcel Service).  Options are Ground, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air.  All shipments are sent out within 1 business day of the order.  Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding shipping holidays.  We ship out all packages with full insurance and signature requirement.  The courier will not deliver your package unless there is someone present at the delivery address to sign and release the package.

International (outside USA) Destinations.
All shipments are sent via FedEx or DHL. For all international packages, shipping charges will be amended prior to package departure and maybe substantially different from the initial shipping quote offered on our website.  Due to the complicated nature of international law, local duties and taxes, and commerce laws, we are not responsible for any international package once it departs our location in Los Angeles.  You are responsible for any lost or damaged package, documentations, duties, taxes and fees.  We are only able to provide you with a copy of your purchase invoice and proof of insurance from the courier.  Any additional information such as country of origin and the specific chemical make up of our products cannot be provided.  Furthermore, due to the complicated nature of US customs laws, we cannot accept any returns (regardless or reason) originating outside the USA.  Therefore, we highly recommend that you carefully double check all your local laws as well as US laws that may pertain to your purchase and package before placing an order.

 

Return Policy

Our general return policy is 14 days from the invoice date.  Following conditions apply.

1.  NO RETURNS on the following.
     - Any altered items (example:size adjusted rings).
     - Any personalized and/or engraved items.
     - Any special order items.

     - Any item sent outside the 50 states of United States of America.

2.  All return items must be unused and undamaged in their original condition.

3.  Before returning any item, you must Contact Us to receive a return authorization first.

4.  We are not responsible for any shipping fees or shipping complications.

5.  We must receive all return items within 14 days of the invoice date.

6.  NO REFUNDS.  We process all returns as exchanges or store credit.  Exchanges are processed within 7 days of the return.  Store credit is valid for 1 year but expires to zero value on the 366th day of the return date.
